Once your purchase is complete, I personally hand-inspect the artwork and carefully prepare it for shipment. The painting is securely packed inside a custom-fit, reinforced artwork shipping box to help ensure it arrives safely.

Your artwork ships fully insured and includes tracking information, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. Every order is handled with a white-glove level of care, from my studio to your home.

Please allow up to 5 business days for shipping original paintings. Please allow up to 2.5 weeks for prints since they are made to order.

All original paintings will come with an authenticity certificate. Each has a unique serial number and will be signed by Ploy Norarut, with the date included. The serial number will also be marked on every original painting on the back of the canvas.

The decision to include an authenticity certificate is based on aspects concerning the protection of the technique, insurance, and investments.
